In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

All Homdec product are eligible for free replacement/refund within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging for successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing refund/replacement.
