Before you proceed, please take note of the following preliminary guidelines:

1. Eligibility

Applicants should be established distributors, stockists, dealers, or retailers in the furniture industry.
A valid business license, GST number, and basic infrastructure to manage sales and inventory are required.

2. Commitment

Partners may sell other brands, but they are expected to actively promote and maintain Homdec products in their portfolio.
Maintaining agreed-upon stock levels and ensuring timely payments will be essential for a smooth association.

3. Quality & Branding

All Homdec products must be sold in original condition, without tampering or modification.
Use of the Homdec brand name, logo, or promotional material must strictly follow our branding guidelines.

4. Further Discussion

These are only indicative terms. Detailed terms and conditions will be shared after reviewing your application form.
Homdec reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
