1. Eligibility
- Applicants should be established distributors, stockists, dealers, or retailers in the furniture industry.
- A valid business license, GST number, and basic infrastructure to manage sales and inventory are required.
2. Commitment
- Partners may sell other brands, but they are expected to actively promote and maintain Homdec products in their portfolio.
- Maintaining agreed-upon stock levels and ensuring timely payments will be essential for a smooth association.
3. Quality & Branding
- All Homdec products must be sold in original condition, without tampering or modification.
- Use of the Homdec brand name, logo, or promotional material must strictly follow our branding guidelines.
4. Further Discussion
- These are only indicative terms. Detailed terms and conditions will be shared after reviewing your application form.
- Homdec reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
