Yes, we provide a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all Homdec metal beds.
Homdec has an exchange, return, and cancellation policy. You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery provided the goods are unused, uninstalled, and in saleable condition.

All Homdec Products has the warranty of 2(two) years. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions pertaining to eligibility of warranty.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us +91 9265716326 or write to us at support@homdecfurniture.com Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 48 Hours. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

All Homdec product are eligible for free replacement/refund within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging for successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing refund/replacement.
