What if I receive a damaged product?

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 48 Hours. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?

What is the Return Policy?
All Homdec product are eligible for free replacement/refund within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging for successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing refund/replacement.
